Pricing · for employers

No hire, no fee. About a tenth of an agency.

NZ recruitment agencies typically charge 15–20% of first-year salary per permanent placement. jobit does the same job in software — AI-matched intros, self-booking interviews, reference checks, NZ-compliant agreements and e-signing — and charges 0.5% capped at $10,000, only when you actually hire. Half of our fee goes to your new hire as a signing bonus.

How it works

  • Posting a role and receiving matched, opted-in candidate intros is free.
  • You pay the success fee only when an employment agreement is signed.
  • No retainers, no exclusivity, no percentage surprises — the cap means a $200k hire still costs $10k, not $40k.
  • Half the fee goes to your new hire as a signing bonus — a better first day, on us.
